From Todd Martin’s Clients
Thank you for the superb job you did on my roof. I cannot believe how nice it looks and the color really sets my house off. The crew did a really good job cleaning up after also.
To Interstate Roofing:
I would like to thank Todd Martin for the professional and courteous way in which he helped me with my roof. He promptly answered all of the questions and concerns that I had. I appreciate the fact that he was willing to work with me and my schedule. I would also like to thank him with the help with my insurance company and the adjuster. Todd made this experience easy and timely. Once again thank you very much Todd for everything you did for me on the installation of my roof.
To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to recommend the Interstate Roofing Company for any of your roofing projects. I found them to be helpful, professional, timely and reasonably priced. [They] worked closely with me from the inception of the project through closeout, and actually completed the re-roofing of my home in a single day, leaving the site better than they found it.
I especially appreciated their helping me select a roofing product that was both functional and beautiful, and that complements my home perfectly. Thanks again, to my many points of contact at Interstate.
RE: Letter of Reference
To Whom It May Concern;
This is a letter of reference for Interstate Roofing Company. Todd Martin was very professional to work with. He helped us get through the insurance claim process and worked directly with the claims adjuster, making it very easy for us to get our claim taken care of. The new roof looks great, thanks to Interstates installation crew. They showed up when they said they would, completed the entire job in one day. I appreciated the fact that they were very careful not to damage our landscaped yard and they cleaned up after the job was completed. I would recommend Interstate Roofing if you are considering having a roof re-shingled. They do great work and are easy to work with.

Letter of Recommendation for Todd Martin, Interstate Roofing
I began dealing with Todd and Interstate in the spring and have always felt that I was being treated fairly and honestly. Todd’s commitment to my needs and interests as a customer were always held very high and I had confidence that I was respected and given open and honest answers to every situation.
The quality of the product and service of the installation crew were very much appreciated. Even though there were some after-installation issues to take care of, Todd and Interstate made sure I was satisfied right to the end of the project.
I recommend Todd and Interstate for roofing replacement and for quality product and service all the way to my satisfaction after the job was done.
Todd Martin / Interstate Roofing,
Thank you for the awesome roof. I trusted you, and you didn’t let me down. The process of reroofing my house, with my conservative insurance company made me nervous. You stood behind my claim and your work. THANK YOU!

To Whom It May Concern:
We recently had a new roof and gutters installed and we want to compliment you on an excellent job done in a timely manner.
Todd Martin, your representative, called on us and asked if he could inspect our roof for hail damage. After inspection, he politely informed us that the roof was damaged and we should contact our insurance company to have them do an inspection. Our insurance company came out and immediately agreed that the roof was badly damaged and needed to be replaced. Todd was very pleasant to work with and we have given his name to other people interested in an estimate.
The crew came out and installed the roof in one day. We were very impressed with the workers who worked very hard and didn’t even take a break for lunch! They were very courteous and cleaned up the mess with excellence.
I have told others about your company and have given out your card.
Thanks for a job well done!

To anyone who has incurred roof damage from a hail or windstorm—
I have just had my roof replaced by Interstate Roofing, Inc., which was the result of hail damage to my home on June 14, 2009. The claim was handled by Todd Martin of Interstate Roofing, in a thoroughly professional manner. The quality of the work was excellent, and I would recommend Todd and Interstate Roofing to anyone needing home roof replacement.

Future Interstate Roofing Customer:
The best thing I did when Farmers Insurance Co. Claims Dept. approved the replacement of the roof on my home residence due to hail damage was to ask my local insurance agent for a referral for a roofing company.
My agent, Debbie Brundage did not hesitate to recommend Interstate Roofing.
When Todd Martin came to our home he was very informative & explained exactly how the roof replacement procedure would take place, including dealing with Farmers.
I am very pleased to tell you that everything right up to the roof replacement & insurance company claim compensation took place exactly as I was told it would. Feel free to drive by & see the roof for yourself. They did a great job.

After the July 2011 hail storm, I had to find a company to repair my roof. I noticed tht my neighbors, who are involved in preserving the historic architecture of Cheyenne and live in one of the most beautifrul historic homes had hired Interstate Roofing. That's why I chose Interstate as well.
Todd, the Project Manager walked me through the process, kept me informed, negotiated with my insurance company and mde me one very impressed customer. Also, I made a great investment choosing quality shingles. After all, preserving the squality of my historic cottage is important too!

We signed our roofing contract with INTERSTATE ROOFING on August 8, 2011. Our shingles were delivered on August 27, 2011 (a Saturday). We were called that following Monday informing us that the workers would be at our house on Tuesday August 29 at 7:00 a.m., which they did. The job supervisor introduced himself and asked if he could post the building permit on our door.
They meticulously placed tarps on the ground to catch any falling debris while they also moved larger items (grill, patio furniture etc.) out of the way so that it would not be damaged by falling debris. At the same time my neighbor was having his roof re-done by another local company who has been in the business for over 10 years. It was interesting compare and contrast these two companies. INTERSTATE ROOFING used OSHA approved safety harnesses and hard hats while the other company wore no safety gear. The other company did not put tarps around the house to catch falling debris. I personally observed INTERSTATE ROOFING following all safely rules one would expect. They took great care removing the old product and carefully walking to the edge of the roof and tossing it into a trailer.
INTERSTATE ROOFING took no shortcuts. It took them 14 ½ hours (over the course of 2 days) to complete our roof. I observed INTERSTATE ROOFING place new felt on the roof. They meticulously and evenly spaced the felt nails while my neighbor went with high performance roof wrap which was only tacked to the roof with a nail gun—generally one tack per 3 ft. just so the wind would not blow it off. I personally witnessed one INTERSTATE ROOFING individual spending close to an hour re-flashing each of our skylights. I also noticed the roofers taking time to head wall flash from the roof to the side of the house.
Finally I counted anywhere from 6 to 8 nails being used per shingle while my neighbor ranged from 4 to 6 nails per shingle. When INTERSTATE ROOFING completed the job, they removed all of the fallen debris and went over the area with a magnet to pick up any loose nails. INTERSTATE ROOFING also removed any large debris from the gutters by hand and used a blower to clean the finer materials that had fallen into the gutters. They also placed sealant over any exposed nails and replaced the old vents with new vents and painted them to the color of the shingles and they moved the larger items back to where they belonged.
We are currently working out a discrepancy with our furnace vent which was replaced by INTERSTATE ROOFING. We originally had the furnace people place a high wind vent on our roof approximately six months ago which was accidentally replaced by INTERSTATE ROOFING with what appears to be a regular vent. I’m sure this problem will be resolved shortly. With that said, all in all we are very happy with INTERSTATE ROOFING and will probably use them again.
